Here's a delicious recipe my best friend Ankh-a-ji motivated me to create :)
in a juicer process :
1/2 cup Red seedless grapes
1 apple
1 inch ginger root
Small bunch of cilantro
3 carrots
1 1/4 sweet potato
10 pieces small asparagus
2 stalks celery
Two or three leaves each of kale Swiss chard and Red ruby Swiss chard,
I buy everything organic; try to get what's in season.
Remember to slice everything to the appropriate size previous two juicing your special anti-inflammatory blend.
I also add organic hemp protein, spirulina, and various extracts of personal choice.
Makes two big green glasses. Double or triple the recipe make a large amount and freeze it so you don't have to juice every day.
